In September, residents of Odessa will be fined for non-payment of property taxes. Ukrainians were required to pay all taxes by 01.09.2023 if the area of their property exceeds the ‘norm’. The norm for an apartment is 60 square meters; the norm for a house is 120 square meters; the norm if both are present is 180 square meters. The tax rate is 100.5 UAH per square meter. The amount of the fine depends on the delay in payment. Up to 30 calendar days – 5%, above – 10%.
