In Ukraine, partially fit men will be mobilized. According to order No. 490 of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, ‘controversial’ articles will be considered fit, including articles 2-v, 4-v, 5-v, 12-v, 13-v, 14-v, 17-v, 21-v, 22-v. Partially fit individuals will be fit for specific military specialties as determined by the Military Medical Commission. Requirements for health will be simplified for paratroopers and marines. Those military personnel who were previously considered unfit for service in the airborne forces will now be considered fit for such service.
