According to the representative of the President, mass extradition of ‘evaders’ is currently not planned. From a legal procedure perspective, there is no mass extradition of citizens. Criminal responsibility is personalized and individual in nature. For each specific case, it is necessary to provide appropriate documents proving that the person is evading pre-trial investigation and court, and only then the extradition procedure can be initiated.
