Decommunization continues: memorial plaque dedicated to Lilia Karastoyanova is being dismantled. The memorial to the Bulgarian communist hangs on the facade of a medical college. Karastoyanova has never been to Berdychiv and most likely had no idea of its existence. Later, the street name will also be changed.
